Reminders Our last Bottle Drive of the year will be on Saturday May 25th! There will be pancakes! For more details, please check out the Fundraising Page here. All music ensembles resume their regular rehearsal schedules this week. On Monday May 13th all members of Block 2 Concert Band and Concert Choir are invited to join After School Concert Band and students from Rockheights for a rehearsal. The "full rehearsal" will take place 3:30-4. After School Concert Band will resume its regular rehearsal time until 4:45. There will be a Full Concert Band Rehearsal on Wednesday May 15th, 3:30-4:45pm. All students who went on the San Francisco trip have been given a special Refund Form. Please return this form to Ms. Treble ASAP. There are still a couple of baskets from the Hanging Basket Fundraiser that have not yet been claimed. West Coast Concert Choir Festival Our next performance is just around the corner! The Esquimalt Concert Choir has accepted the invitation to participate in the West Coast Concert Choir Festival, happening this Wednesday, April 17th at Oak Bay High School. This is a great opportunity for the choir to perform, listen other groups and take part in a workshop with a choral adjudicator. We will depart from Esquimalt at 12:30 pm and bus to Oak Bay as a group. We are scheduled finish at 3:50 pm. Because this event ends after school hours we will not be returning to Esquimalt following the performance. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation home. Please meet in the music room at 12:15 pm on Wednesday. Concert Band This Wednesday, April 17th, the concert choir will be performing at the West Coast Concert Choir Festival; therefore Period 5 concert band will be cancelled.
